摘要 针对改变气门重叠角实现发动机内部EGR。内部EGR对NOX排放的影响研究结果表明:随着负气门重叠角加大,缸压和温度逐渐下降,缸内放热量也随着减少;另外,进入气缸的氧浓度也减少,导致NOX浓度减小。因此负气门重叠角最大20℃A(20NVO)时,缸内NOX浓度最小。 The study aimed to change the valve overlap angle to achieve internal EGR of the engine.The results of internal EGR on NOX emissions show that as the negative valve overlap angle increases,the cylinder pressure and temperature gradually decrease,and the heat release in the cylinder also decreases.In addition,the concentration of oxygen entering the cylinder is also reduced,resulting in a decrease in NOX concentration.Therefore,when the negative valve overlap angle is at maximum 20℃A(20 NVO),the NOX concentration in the cylinder is the smallest.
