摘要
基于某型号汽车的悬架系统,采用动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Car对该悬架系统进行仿真分析与优化。在ADAMS系统中构建悬架模型,展开平顺性仿真分析和悬架参数仿真分析,获得车轮定位参数仿真数据,并通过ADAMS/Insight模块对车轮定位参数做优化设计,找出合适的优化方案。这为以后的悬架改进提供了优化基础,改善了车辆的平顺性和操纵稳定性,最终达到研究悬架参数对改善车辆行驶平顺性的目的。
The dynamic simulation software ADAMS/Car is used to simulate and optimize the suspension system of a particular vehicle type.The suspension model is built into the ADAMS/Car.The simulation analysis of driving comfort and the suspension are performed.The simulation data of the wheel alignment parameters are determined.The ADAMS/Insight module for optimizing the wheel alignment parameters provides the appropriate optimization system.It provides an optimization basis for future suspension.The vehicle’s driving safety and driving comfort are being improved.Finally,the purpose of examining the chassis parameters is to improve driving comfort.
