摘要
为研究汽车前轴轻量化方案以达到轻量化的目的,首先利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对汽车前轴在制动工况及动载工况下的受力进行分析,得出前轴应力分布情况。其次,根据应力分布情况对汽车前轴进行轻量化设计。最后对优化后的方案进行上述两种工况的有限元分析,并对优化前后前轴应力及重量进行对比,确定最终轻量化方案。
In order to study the lightweight scheme of automobile front axle to achieve the purpose of lightweight,firstly using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the front axle when working on braking condition and dynamic loading condition,and the stress distribution is obtained.Secondly,according to the stress distribution,it is designed to be lightweight.Finally,finite element analysis of the optimized scheme under the above two working conditions is carried out,and the stress and weight of the front axle before and after optimization are compared,so the final lightweight program is determined.
