Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Compensation for Offshore Engineering

本文在介绍生态补偿概念的基础上,从海洋工程导致的海洋生态系统损失估算和生态补偿方式两个方面,总结了海洋工程生态补偿的现状,分析了其存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。

On the basis of introducing the concept of ecological compensation,this paper summarizes the current status of ecological compensation for marine engineering from the two aspects of marine ecosystem loss estimation and ecological compensation methods caused by marine engineering,analyzes its main problems,and proposes corresponding strategy.
