Based on the research on the limitation of engineering claims,first,the basic content of limitation is explained.Then,the reasons for the engineering claims are analyzed,including the diversity of the units participating in the project and the variability of the project environment.Finally,in order to ensure the timeliness of project claims,measures such as monitoring the right holder's active claims,strengthening the balance of the interests of both parties,ensuring the timeliness of claims,and strengthening the workforce construction are provided.
