摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,各行各业对管理者的素质要求越来越高,特别是以服务为主的酒店行业,管理者的管理能力及素质水平在一定程度决定着酒店的服务水平。本文从酒店管理能力和效率方面入手,通过改善管理结构、提高服务效率等措施提升管理者的素质,进一步提高酒店的服务质量。
