压气站是天然气管道输送系统的“动力心脏”,具有工艺设计复杂、质量要求高、投资额度大等特点,决定其建设项目实施阶段的投资控制难度大。为实现工程投资的有效控制,对设计方案、采购方案、施工工期和试运方案等影响工程投资的主要因素进行分析,并提出重视量化分析、推进设计优化、加强采购管理、优化施组设计和论证试运方案等投资控制具体措施。

The compressor station is the"power heart"of the natural gas pipeline transportation system.It has the characteristics of complex process design,high quality requirements,and large investment quotas.In order to achieve effective control of engineering investment,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting engineering investment such as design plan,procurement plan,construction period and trial operation plan,and puts forward specific investment control measures such as quantitative analysis,advancing design optimization,strengthening procurement management,construction design and demonstration of trial operation plan.
