摘要 基于物流企业低碳发展需要,构建了地方政府与物流企业行为选择演化博弈模型,并对模型均衡点的局部稳定性进行分析,通过数值仿真模拟了物流企业低碳技术创新的动态演化过程,分析影响物流企业低碳技术创新的主要因素。研究结果表明:物流企业处罚罚款和低碳技术创新成本,地方政府监管成本、罚款收益与创新补贴均影响地方政府与物流企业行为选择演化稳定策略。 Based on low carbon logistics enterprise development needs,build a evolutionary game model and logistics enterprise behavior of local government,and local stability of equilibrium model is analyzed,through numerical simulation the dynamic evolution process of low carbon logistics enterprise technology innovation,analyses the main factors affecting logistics enterprise low carbon technology innovation.The results show that the penalties and fines of logistics enterprises and the innovation costs of low-carbon technologies,as well as the regulatory costs,penalty benefits and innovation subsidies of local governments all affect the evolution and stability of the behavioral choices of local governments and logistics enterprises.
