钢结构工程在现场安装过程中的质量控制对策探究

Research on Quality Control Countermeasures of Steel Structure Engineering during Site Installation

对于钢结构工程来说,其质量控制主要有两个方面,一是原材料质量控制,二是现场安装质量控制,而后者对于建筑总体质量有着重要的影响。因此,本文自质量控制的相关内容入手,重点从现场安装前的准备、安装钢柱与钢梁、安装高强螺栓钢结构涂装等方面,对现场安装过程中的质量控制进行分析,期望本文的研究对于钢结构工程质量的提升起到积极作用。

For steel structure engineering,its quality control has two main aspects,one is the quality control of raw materials,and the other is the quality control of on-site installation,which has an important impact on the overall quality of the building.Therefore,this article starts from the relevant content of quality control,focusing on the preparation of on-site installation,installation of steel columns and steel beams,installation of high-strength bolt steel structure coating,etc.,to analyze the quality control during the on-site installation process.Research has played a positive role in improving the quality of steel structure engineering.
