创业教育视域下职业胜任力培养策略

On Cultivation Strategy of Career Competency from the Perspective of Entrepreneurship Education

文章基于创业教育对回应社会经济结构转型,培养符合市场需要的复合型人才视角出发,梳理了创业教育与职业胜任力培养两者的内在逻辑关系,提出两者均是高等教育体系中的重要内容。职业胜任力的培养事关大学生的持续成长与发展,文章从教育启蒙、体系构建和教育方法等方面提出了创业教育视域下的职业胜任力培养的具体对策。

Based on the entrepreneurship education responding to the transformation of social and economic structure,and cultivating compound talents to meet the needs of the market,this paper sorted out the internal logic relationship between entrepreneurship education and career competency cultivation,and put forward that both were important content in the higher education system.They were related to the sustainable growth and development of college students.From the aspects of education enlightenment,system construction and education methods,this paper also put forward the cultivation strategies of career competency from the perspective of entrepreneurship education.
