国无德不兴,人无德不立。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对道德建设问题高度重视。习近平总书记强调,道德是社会关系的基石,是人际和谐的基础,要始终把弘扬中华民族传统美德、加强社会主义思想道德建设作为极为重要的战略任务来抓,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供强大精神力量和有力道德支撑。中国共产党作为中华民族的先进群体和马克思主义的执政党,更应该成为全社会道德建设的楷模。中国共产党执政方式应该是科学执政、民主执政、依法执政和以德执政的有机统一体。

Only with virtue a country can become prosperous,and only with virtue a person can really stand himself on earth.The party central committee,general secretary Xi Jinping as the core,attaches great importance to moral construction since the 18th national congress of the party.Xi Jinping stresses that virtue is the footstone of social relationship and the basis for interpersonal harmony,and we should,as the very important strategic task,carry forward the traditional virtue of Chinese nation and strengthen socialist ideological and moral construction,so as to provide powerful spiritual strength and moral support for realizing the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation.As the advanced group of Chinese nation and the ruling party with Marxism,Chinese communist party should become the model in morality construction of the whole society.The ruling mode of Chinese communist party should be organically unified together with ruling by science,by democracy,by law and by virtue.
