焊接工字形截面钢梁整体稳定性能研究

摘要 为研究不同强度等级的钢材对焊接工字形截面简支梁整体稳定性的影响,依据现有Q235、Q345和Q460三种级别钢材强度的简支梁试验数据,验证采用ANSYS有限元程序所建立的简支梁有限元分析模型是准确可行的。根据验证的有限元模型对屈服强度为235、345MPa和460MPa的钢梁进行整体稳定性能的有限元分析。结果表明钢梁的整体稳定承载力会随着钢材强度的提高而提高,但增高幅度随着钢材强度的提高而逐渐减小。 In order to study the effect of different strength grades of steel on the overall stability of welded I-section simply supported beams,the finite element analysis model of simply supported beams established by ANSYS finite element program is verified to be accurate and feasible based on the existing test data of simply supported beams with Q235,Q345 and Q460 grades of steel strength.According to the verified finite element model,the overall stability of steel beams with yield strength of 235MPa,345MPa and 460MPa is analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the overall stable bearing capacity of steel beams will increase with the increase of steel strength,but the increase will gradually decrease with the increase of steel strength.
