冷弯薄壁型钢-胶合木组合梁受剪性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢-木组合梁是由两个冷弯薄壁C型钢和胶合木通过结构胶粘结而成的,研究影响该类组合梁的受剪性能的因素。以薄壁C型钢截面面积和剪跨比为参数,进行了3组钢-木组合梁受剪试验研究,分析组合梁的变形过程、破坏形态及承载能力,再通过有限元软件ABAQUS进一步系统地对薄壁C型钢截面面积、胶合木截面尺寸和剪跨比等影响因素进行参数分析,研究应变分布情况和破坏机理,结果表明剪切破坏和开胶破坏是组合梁在弯剪段发生破坏的主要形式;增大薄壁型钢截面面积和胶合木截面尺寸均能提高组合梁抗剪能力,而增大剪跨比会导致发生剪切破坏的组合梁抗剪承载力降低。 The steel-wood composite beam is composed of two cold-formed thin-wall C-type steel and glued wood bonded by structural adhesive,the factors affecting the shear performance of this kind of composite beam are studied.Taking the section area and shear span ratio of thin-wall C-type steel as parameters,three groups of steel-wood composite beams were tested,and the deformation process,failure form and bearing capacity of composite beams were analyzed.Through the finite element software ABAQUS,the influencing factors such as section area,cross section size and shear span ratio of thin-wall C-type steel were further systematically analyzed,and the strain distribution and failure mechanism were studied,the results show that shear failure and glue breaking failure are the main forms of failure of composite beams in bending shear section;increasing the section area of thin-wall steel and the size of glued wood section can improve the shear capacity of composite beams,but increasing the shear span ratio will lead to the decrease of shear capacity of composite beams with shear failure.
