湖北高职院校产教融合长效机制探索——以武汉软件工程职业学院为例

摘要 产教融合成为各高职院校提升人才培养质量的重要抓手。目前,湖北高职院校产教融合主要表现为:以校内生产性实训基地为载体,依托职教集团,旨在通过课程体系改革与流程再造,提升人才培养质量,但是存在着深度和广度不足等问题。通过武汉软件工程职业学院电子信息职教集团以及跨境电商专创融合人才培养等案例,为其他学校提供借鉴。 The integration of industry and education has become an important way to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.At present,the integration of production and education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province is mainly manifested in the following aspects:Taking the productive training base as the carrier,relying on the vocational education group,aiming to improve the quality of personnel training through curriculum system reform and process reengineering,but there are problems such as insufficient depth and breadth.Through the cases of Wuhan Software Engineering Vocational College Electronic Information Vocational Education Group and cross-border e-commerce professional and creative talents training,we can provide reference for other schools.
