摘要
在生活饮用水中易导致嗅和味的两种常见物质为2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)、土臭素(GSM)。本文将优化固相微萃取条件、程序升温条件,以达到快速分离并检测2-甲基异莰醇与土臭素的目的。经优化后,可在30min内完成一个水样的检测,在量程为5~150ng/L的标准曲线中,两标准曲线相关系数均可达0.9950以上,2-甲基异莰醇、土臭素在此工作曲线中最低可检测浓度分别为2.0ng/L、1.1ng/L。
2-methylisoamyl alcohol(2-MIB)and geosmin(GSM)are the two kinds of common substances which lead to odor and smell in drinking water.This article will discuss the method of rapid separation and detection of 2-methylisoamyl alcohol and geosmin by optimizing the solid-phase microextraction conditions and programmed temperature conditions.After optimization,the detection of each water sample can be completed within 30 minutes.In the standard curve with a range of 5~150ng/L,the correlation coefficients of the two standard curves can reach more than 0.9950.The detection limits are 2.0ng/L and 1.1ng/L,respectively.
