摘要
目的:探讨以开放性案例导向的情景模拟教学法在老年护理实验教学中的应用及效果评价。方法:选取2014级护理本科生80名为观察组在老年护理实验教学当中展开以开放性案例为导向的情景模拟教学,并同时随机选取80名学生为对照组。在实践教学后,就实践技能和理论知识方面以小组为单位进行综合测试,对比观察组和对照组的理论和技能操作考试成绩,并且后期对学生的学习能力进行综合评价。结果:以开放性案例为导向的情景模拟学教应用不仅提高了学生的理论成绩和实践技能操作成绩,而且提高了学生的主观能动性和团队合作能力,提高学生的综合素质和人文情怀。结论:以开放性案例为导向的情景模拟学教学不仅提高了学生自我创新意识、主观能动性和思辨能力,同时提高了教师的思辨能力和教学水平。
Objective:To explore the application and effect evaluation of the open case-based situational simulation teaching method in the elderly fall safety education.Methods:80 nursing undergraduates of 2014 were selected as observation group to carry out scenario simulation teaching with open case orientation in the teaching of elderly nursing experiment,and 80 students were randomly selected as control group.After practical teaching,a comprehensive test is conducted on practical skills and theoretical knowledge in groups,and the scores of theoretical and technical operation tests in the observation group and the control group are compared,and the learning ability of students is comprehensively evaluated later.Results:The application of situational simulation teaching guided by open cases not only improved students'academic performance and practical skills,but also improved students'subjective initiative and teamwork ability,and improved students'comprehensive quality and humanistic feelings.Conclusion:The open case-based scenario simulation teaching not only improves students'self-innovation consciousness,subjective initiative and critical thinking ability,but also improves teachers'critical thinking ability and teaching level.
