摘要
结构设计优化已经越来越受到建设方的重视,基础选型和构造的优化是结构设计优化的重点和难点,合理的基础方案既能满足结构的安全性,又可以大大降低工程造价,同时也缩短建设工期。为设计优化某选矿厂大型矿仓基础,阐述了基础设计优化的主要原则,概述了该工程背景、该矿仓基础的原有设计状况,着重介绍了该矿仓基础的优化设计过程,利用地基基础设计的优化原则和结构设计计算方法,优化设计最终达到了满足设计强度的要求,降低土建造价400余万元。设计成果对类似工程设计具有一定的参考价值。
Structural design and optimization has received more and more attention from the constructors.Foundation type selection and structural optimization are the focus and difficulty of structural design and optimization.A reasonable basic solution can not only meet the safety of the structure,but also greatly reduce the engineering cost.Shorten construction period.In order to design and optimize the large-scale ore bin foundation of a concentrator,the main principles of foundation design optimization are elaborated,the engineering background and the original design status of the ore foundation are summarized,and the optimization design process of the ore bin foundation is emphasized.Basic design optimization principles and structural design calculation methods.The optimized design finally met the requirements of design strength and reduced the earth construction price by more than 4 million yuan.The design results have certain reference value for similar engineering design.
