摘要
江西某钽铌矿选矿现状较为简陋,难以实现多金属的有效回收。为解决该问题并提出可行性的改造方案,通过摇床、跳汰与磁选条件试验,对比了磁选—摇床、跳汰—磁选—摇床两种可行性联合流程。试验结果表明,磁选—重选联合闭路试验可获得ZrO2品位60.78%、回收率88.83%的锆精矿,Nb2O5品位42.09%、回收率46.08%的铌精矿,锡品位31.69%、回收率49.31%的锡精矿,在此条件下能实现对该钽铌矿多种金属的综合回收。
The current status of tantalum-niobium ore dressing in a mine in Jiangxi is relatively simple,and it is difficult to achieve effective recovery of polymetallics.To solve this problem,a feasible reform guiding plan was proposed.By conditions experiments of the shaker,jigging and magnetic separation,the feasible joint process of magnetic separation-grovity separation and jigging-magnetic separation-grovity separation were compared.According to the experiment results,the magnetic separation-gravity separation combined closed-circuit test can obtain the following results:ZrO2 grade of 60.78%in zirconium concentrate,recovery rate is 88.83%;Nb2O5 grade of 42.09%in antimony concentrate,recovery rate is 46.08%;the Sn grade of 31.69%in tin concentrate,and the recovery rate is 49.31%.Under this condition,the comprehensive recovery of the multi-purpose metal of the tantalum-niobium ore can be realized.
