综述国内外专科护士的发展、培养模式、资格认证和使用情况,比较国内外专科护士的培养和使用差异。指出我国可以借鉴国外的成熟经验,加强国内专科护士的培养和使用,构建规范的专科护士培养体系,加强专科护士培训基地建设,完善资格考核认证系统。对专科护士的岗位设置、工作内容、工作职责等方面形成完善体系和标准。

It reviewed the development,training models,qualifications,and use of clinical nurse specialist at home and abroad,and compared the differences in the training and use of clinical nurse specialist at home and abroad.It was pointed out that we should learn from foreign mature experience,strengthen the training and use of clinical nurse specialist in China.It was necessary to establish a standardized training system for clinical nurse specialist,strengthen the construction of training bases for clinical nurse specialist,and improve the qualification assessment and certification system.The comprehensive system and standards should be established for the position setting,job content,and job responsibilities of clinical nurse specialist.
