门诊患儿家长对儿童骨骼发育问题认知水平及健康教育需求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of cognition level and health education needs of parents of outpatient ill children on children′s skeletal development problems

[目的]了解门诊患儿家长对儿童骨骼发育问题的认知水平及健康教育需求情况,以促进患儿的身体健康。[方法]采用问卷调查的方法,对2016年7月-2018年8月就诊的968名门诊患儿家长进行儿童骨骼发育问题的认知程度及健康教育需求的调查。[结果]门诊患儿家长对儿童骨骼发育相关知识的认知水平较低;父亲和母亲对儿童骨骼发育认知程度无明显差异;家长获取儿童骨骼发育问题相关知识的途径较局限,不同学历获取知识的主要来源不同,且对健康教育有较高的需求。[结论]门诊患儿家长普遍缺乏儿童骨骼发育的相关知识,应加强对家长的骨骼发育相关知识的健康教育。

Objective:To investigate the cognitive level and the health education needs of parents of outpatient ill children on children′s skeletal development problems,and so as to promote the health of ill children.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the cognitive level and the of health education needs of 968 parents of outpatient ill children on children′s skeletal development problems from July 2016 to August 2018.Results:Parents of children had lower levels of knowledge about children′s skeletal development.There was no significant difference between the father and mother.Parents′access to knowledge about children′s skeletal development was relatively limited.The main sources of knowledge were different in Parents with different educational background,and there was a high demand for health education.Conclusions:Parents of outpatients generally lack knowledge about children′s skeletal development,and health education should be strengthened for them on knowledge of skeletal development.
