马来西亚地铁2号线道床结构特殊,含防脱轨墙,并且该道床采用了2.2m的混凝土轨枕。道床施工顺序为自上而下,先组装轨排,后安装钢筋模板浇筑混凝土。优点是闪光焊及道床施工等大部分工作利用桥面极大地减少了临时用地,同时,设计的轨排架模板系统结构简洁适合防脱轨墙特殊结构道床。
