摘要
结合多年工作实践,针对本地水资源的供需现状,阐述灌区灌溉工程管理的必要性,提出灌区灌溉工程管理相关措施。
Based on many years of working practice, this paper explains the necessity of irrigation project management in view of the current supply and demand of local water resources, and proposes relevant measures for irrigation project management.
