摘要
通过火焰切割和空气等离子弧加工比较,研究空气等离子切割工艺参数控制规律,实现出口锅炉对流段管板精细加工,解决管板加工开孔挂渣和切割精度问题,保证管孔切割质量和后续的穿管顺畅程度及焊接对位质量,在提高工效和质量的同时,改善了作业人员的作业环境、也减轻了作业强度。
Through the comparison between flame cutting and air plasma arc processing, this paper studies the control law of air plasma cutting technology parameters, realizes the fine processing of tube plate in the convective section of the outlet boiler, and solves the problems of hole slagging and cutting accuracy of tube plate processing, ensures the quality of tube hole cutting and subsequent wear tube smooth degree and the welding quality of counterpoint. While improving the efficiency and quality, it also improves the working environment and reduces the intensity of work.
