摘要
对IGM焊接机器人系统及其特点、K6侧架支撑座焊接结构特点做了简单介绍,并结合焊接机器人的姿态控制和程序布点设置以及相关工艺要求,分析机器人应用中存在的问题以及问题的来源,进而提出有效解决措施。
This paper briefly introduces the IGM welding robot system and its characteristics, the welding structure characteristics of the K6 side frame support, and analyzes the problems in the application of welding robot and the source of the problems by combining the attitude control of welding robot and the arrangement of program points and the related process requirements, and then puts forward effective solutions.
