建设项目合同管理贯穿于工程项目的始终,是项目管理的纽带,合同管理是工程项目管理的重中之重。鉴于此,论文主要研究了合同管理体系、合同订立、实施、档案管理、监督考核,以加强和规范建设工程项目合同管理,防范合同风险。

Construction project contract management runs through the project from beginning to end, it is the link of project management.Contract management is the most important of engineering project management. In view of this, the paper mainly studies the contract management system, contract conclusion, implementation, file management, supervision and assessment, in order to strengthen and standardize the contract management of construction projects and prevent contract risks.
