心理契约理论视角下的民办高校教师激励机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 民办高校成为高等教育的重要组成部分。民办高校师资队伍建设直接关系着民办高校未来的战略性发展,关系着相当数量的高级专业人才的培养质量。健全而有效的激励机制,可以提高教师的教学科研工作的积极性与主观能动性。作者通过心理契约理论的视角分析了民办高校教师表现出的群体特征,最后从交易维度、关系维度以及团队成员维度三方面,构建了民办高校教师的激励机制体系。
