共享经济视野下在线短租业的监管研究

Research on the Supervision of Online Short Rental Industryfrom the Perspective of Sharing Economy

随着共享经济模式在房屋住宿领域的应用,在线短租业作为一种新型的商业模式悄然兴起。人们通过它,将自己闲置的资源整合利用,在线短租平台因其低廉的运营成本与简易的交易方式而受到人们的青睐。虽然这一全新的经济模式对于资源利用与经济结构的转型具有积极的意义,但是对于公安机关而言,则是一次全新的挑战,它不仅增加了公安机关进行社会管控的难度,而且催生了更多的治安风险。文章根据现阶段我国共享经济的特点,对在线短租业当前发展存在的问题进行梳理,针对当前在线短租业的管理与规范提出应对措施。

With the application of sharing economy model in housing and accommodation,online short rent,as a new busi ness model,is quietly emerging.People integrate and use their idle resources through online short rent platform,which is fa vored by people because of low operating costs and simple transaction methods.Although this new economic model is of posi tive significance for the transformation and development of resource utilization and economic structure,it is also a new chal lenge for the public security management department of the public security organ,which not only increases the difficulty of the public security organ in social control,but also generates more public security risks.Based on the characteristics of Chi na's sharing economy at present,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the current development of online short rent in dustry,and proposes countermeasures for the management and standardization of the current online short rent industry.
