党的干部是党和国家事业的中坚力量。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记立足进行具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争,围绕“怎样是好干部,怎样成长为好干部,怎样把好干部用起来”展开了一系列重要论述,提出建设一支宏大的高素质干部队伍的目标,首次提出了新时代党的组织路线。这一系列重要论述深刻回答了新的历史条件下干部队伍建设的时代之问,系统阐述了新时代干部队伍建设的科学内涵,明确指出了推进新时代干部队伍建设的实践路径,是新时代坚持和加强党的全面领导的重要保障,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。

Party cadres are the backbone of the cause of the Party and the country.Since the Eighteenth Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on the proceeding of the great struggle with a lot of new historical features,has brought forward a series of important statements on“who are good cadres,how to grow into good cadres,and how to use good cadres”set forth the objective of building a grand team of cadres with high qualities,and for the first time proposed the Party’s organizational line for the new era.These statements have answered the question of the times on the team construction of cadres under the new historical conditions,systematically elaborated the scientific connotation of the team construction of cadres in the new era,and explicitly figured out the practical path for carrying through the team construction of cadres in the new era.They are an important guarantee for upholding and strengthening the Party’s comprehensive leadership in the new era,and an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
