新冠肺炎疫情是对中国治理体系和治理能力的一次深刻检视、考验和促进。新时代既要结合新冠肺炎疫情中暴露出的问题深刻反思、补齐短板,又要全面贯彻落实中央关于社会治理现代化的部署和要求,在构建现代社会治理制度、组织体制、治理体制、治理方式和治理能力的过程中,着力推进社会治理制度成熟化、治理结构合理化、治理过程民主化、治理方式科学化、治理能力现代化,构建共建共治共享的现代社会治理体系和治理格局,实现社会治理现代化。

The covid-19 epidemic is a serious review,reflection and promotion of China’s governance system and governance capability.In the new era,we should make up for the shortcomings according to the problems exposed by the outbreak of covid-19,and carry forward the deployment and requirements of the CPC Central Committee on the modernization of social governance.During the process of constructing modern social governance system,organization system,management system,management mode and management capacity,we should work hard to promote the maturation of social governance institutions,the rationalization of governance structure,the democratization of governance process,the employment of scientific governance methods,and the modernization of governance capacity,so as to build a new system and pattern of social governance of shared construction,governance and benefits and realize the modernization of social governance.
