党的十九大以来坚持和加强党的全面领导研究述评

A Review of the Studies in Upholding and Strengthening the Party’s Comprehensive Leadership Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC

党的十九大以来,习近平总书记提出一系列关于党的领导的新观点新思想,学术界重点围绕坚持和加强党的全面领导进行了阐释和研究,形成了关于这一主题的基本内涵、必要性和重要性、实践要求和推进路径等研究成果,丰富和拓展了关于党的领导的理论研究。但总的来说,关于党的全面领导的理论研究成果远远难以阐明中国共产党的卓越领导实践和领导绩效,迫切需要加强关于中国共产党的领导经验和方法、领导制度和规则、领导理论和思想等方面的深入研究、系统研究和比较研究,构建有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派、中国话语的中国共产党的领导力理论和中国化的领导科学学科体系。

Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas about the Party’s leadership,and the academic circle has carried on interpretation and research focusing on upholding and strengthening the Party’s leadership,having formed a series of results relating to the basic connotation,necessity and importance,practical requirements and promotion path of this subject and thus enriched the theoretical research on the Party’s leadership.But on the whole,the current research results about the Party’s leadership could not sufficiently clarify the outstanding leadership practice and performance of the CPC,and there is an urgent need to strengthen the in-depth,systematic and comparative research on the leadership experiences and methods,leadership institutions and rules,leadership theories and thoughts of the CPC,so as to build a leadership theory of the CPC and a sinicized disciplinary system of leadership science with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,Chinese manner,and Chinese discourse.
