摘要
茶多酚是茶叶中的一种重要成分,在茶叶中的含量较高,且具有多种用途。基于此,人们开始不断研究茶叶中茶多酚的提取方法,并将之应用于各领域,从而使茶多酚的作用得到最大化发挥。本文针对现阶段茶多酚的提取工艺进行了分析,在讨论其抑菌机理的基础上对茶多酚在各领域的利用展开探讨。
As an important component of tea,tea polyphenol has high content in tea and has many uses.Based on this,people began to study the extraction methods of tea polyphenols and apply them in various fields,so as to maximize the role of tea polyphenols.In this paper,a variety of extraction processes of tea polyphenols were analyzed,and then the utilization of tea polyphenols in various fields was discussed based on the discussion of its antibacterial mechanism.
