摘要
在烹饪与营养专业中,西餐工艺也是一门专业课程,这门课程需要进行一定的改革,以实现项目教学,提高这门课程的教学效果。基于此,本文主要对西餐工艺课程教学展开了探讨。
In the cooking and nutrition majors,western food technology are also a professional course.This course needs to be reformed to achieve project teaching,which makes the course more obtain good teaching effect.Based on this,this paper mainly discussed the teaching of Western food craft course.
