摘要
目的:探讨产维生素B6乳酸菌的筛选及其鉴定情况。方法:选择本地某医院内2~3岁幼儿粪便中分离出的6株乳酸杆菌为研究菌株,分析各菌株所属菌属及其维生素B6产量,并筛选出产维生素B6能力最强的菌株,对其属内种进行鉴定。结果:6株乳酸杆菌,经鉴定均为乳酸菌的乳杆菌属。6株乳酸杆菌均可产生维生素B6,但是产量存在差异,乳酸杆菌N6产量最高,显著高于N1、N2、N3、N4和N5,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖发酵试验证实乳酸杆菌N6能发酵葡萄糖(不产气),属同型乳酸发酵类型,同时符合植物乳杆菌鉴定标准。结论:乳酸杆菌具有产生维生素B6的能力,但是产量存在一定差异,而属内种为植物乳杆菌者具有较强的产生维生素B6能力。
Objective:To study the screening and identification of vitamin B6 producing Lactobacillus.Methods:six strains of lactobacilli isolated from fecal of 2~3 years old children in a local hospital were selected as the study strains.The genera and vitamin B6 production of each strain were analyzed,and the strains with the strongest ability to produce vitamin B6 were screened for identification.Results:compared with Lactobacillus bulgaricus,Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus Swiss,six strains of lactobacillus were identified as Lactobacillus.Six strains of lactobacilli can produce vitamin B6,but the yield of lactobacilli N6 is the highest,significantly higher than N1,N2,N3,N4 and N5,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Glucose fermentation test showed that Lactobacillus N6 can ferment glucose(no gas),which belongs to the same type of lactic acid fermentation and meets the identification standard of Lactobacillus plantarum.Conclusion:lactobacilli have the ability to produce vitamin B6,but there are some differences in the yield.Lactobacilli have a strong ability to produce vitamin B6.
