目前,我国人民群众的生活质量逐步提升,生活水平也有了质的飞跃,但是,食品安全问题一直是人民群众关注的热点问题,本文详尽阐述了食品检验检测中液相色谱和气相色谱的应用,详细地讲解了当下两种技术在食品领域的贡献和作用,希望可以为检测行业的相关人士提供帮助。
At present,the quality of life of the people in China has gradually improved,and the standard of living has also made a qualitative leap.However,food safety issues have always been a hot issue of concern to the people.Different applications explain in detail the current two technologies'contribution and role in the food field,hoping to provide assistance to relevant persons in the testing industry.
