摘要
近年来,食品安全问题不断发生,对人们的身体健康造成了严重威胁,对食品检测监督部门提出了前所未有的挑战,因此做好食品检验和监督工作对规范食品安全、确保食品行业的长期稳定发展尤为重要。本文对食品检验实验室监督管理工作中存在问题进行分析,提出加强实验室监督管理工作的措施,为改善食品检验实验室内部监督管理工作提供参考。
In recent years,food safety problems continue to occur,posing a serious threat to people’s health and posing unprecedented challenges to food inspection and supervision departments.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in food inspection and supervision,which is particularly important for standardizing food safety and ensuring the long-term stable development of the food industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the supervision and management of the food inspection laboratory,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the supervision and management of the laboratory,so as to provide references for improving the internal supervision and management of the food inspection laboratory.
