摘要 目的:分析2017—2019年荆州市食品安全的整体情况及存在的主要食品安全风险。方法:对2017—2019年荆州市食品安全监督抽检结果进行收集汇总,分析监督抽检完成情况及发现的主要问题。结果:2017至2019年荆州市共完成8376批次食品监督抽检任务,抽检样品共涵盖25个食品类别,其中检出不合格样品304批次,样品总体不合格率为4.06%。不合格率高于5%的食品类别有:饮料类、酒类、餐饮食品类、蔬菜制品类。结论:2017—2019年荆州市食品安全形势总体平稳,存在的问题主要是食品添加剂滥用、微生物污染和其他污染物。 Objective:To analyze the overall situation of food safety and the main food safety risks in Jingzhou from 2017 to 2019.Methods:The results of the Jingzhou food safety supervision and sampling inspection from 2017 to 2019 were summarized.The completion of sampling inspection and the major food safety problems found during sampling inspection were analyzed.Results:From 2017 to 2019,8376 batches of food safety supervision and sampling inspection,including 25 food categories.Among them,304 batches of unqualified samples were detected,with the overall unqualified rate of samples being 4.06%.The food categories with a rejection rate higher than 5%are:beverage,alcohol drinks,catering foods,and vegetable products.Conclusion:From 2017 to 2019,Jingzhou’s food safety situation is generally stable.The main problems are the abuse of food additives,microbial contamination and other contamination.
