摘要
新形势下,“民以食为天,食以安为先”。一直以来食品安全问题都是当前社会关注的焦点。高校食堂具有很强的特殊性,服务对象比较特殊,并且用餐人数较多。高校食堂的食品安全卫生管理水平高低,直接关系到高校师生的人身健康和高校的可持续发展。因此,建立完善、可靠、平衡的供需机制,正确认识目前高校食堂食品安全管理存在的问题,提出符合新时代需求的管理措施。
Under the new situation,“people take food as their heaven and food safety as their priority”.Food safety has always been the focus of the current society.For the canteen of colleges and universities,it has a strong particularity,the service object is relatively special,and the number of diners is more.The level of food safety and health management in university cafeteria is directly related to the personal health of teachers and students,as well as the sustainable development of University.Therefore,we should establish a reliable and balanced supply and demand mechanism,correctly understand the existing problems in the food safety management of university canteen,and put forward management measures in line with the new era.
