摘要
食品安全问题受到了社会各界的广泛关注,生物检测技术作为保障食品安全的重要措施,在目前的食品检验过程中取得了良好的应用效果。本文阐述了生物检测技术的种类及其在食品检验中的应用方向,以供参考。
Food safety has been widely concerned by all walks of life.As an important measure to ensure food safety,biological detection technology has achieved good application results in the current food inspection process.This paper describes the types of biological detection technology and its application direction in food inspection for reference.
