摘要
本文采用全自动消解仪消解大米中的重金属镉,再采用石墨原子吸收分光光度计测定大米中的镉。结果表明硝酸-高氯酸梯度升温消解是最佳的大米前处理方法,线性范围良好,相关系数0.9991,低中高浓度的加标回收率分别为93.5%、97.2%、99.8%,RSD分别为1.4%、1.5%和1.4%,方法检出限为0.018μg·kg-1。该方法操作简单,酸雾危害程度低,且能够自动加酸和定容,可应用于大米中重金属含量的测定,结果满足试验要求。
We employed automatic digestion instrument to decompose rice.We also employed graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to determine Cd content in rice samples.Experimental results show that omparison,wet digestion method with HNO3-HClO4 was the best,its correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9990,The recovery rate of Cd were 93.5%、97.2%、99.8%,respectively,the relative standard deviation were 1.4%、1.5%、1.4%,respectively,and the detection limits was 0.018μg·kg-1,respectively.The method is simple,rapid and accurate and applicable to the determination of Cd in batches of rice.
