摘要
采用BP平板计数法、显色培养法分别对金黄色葡萄球菌能力验证的两个样品进行定量检测。定量比对结果显示,BP平板上的金黄色葡萄球菌数明显大于显色平板上的金黄色葡萄球菌数,其原因可能是显色培养基的检出率小于传统培养基的检出率,显色培养基存在假阴性。同时对涂布时不同的接种量进行比较,实验发现涂布的次数越多且每次接种量越小,所得的实验结果越大。结果表明,采用国家标准法中的接种量,实验所得数据的Z值更接近中位值。
According to the Baird-Parker plate count method and chromogenic medium,the proficiency testing was conducted for quantitative detection of Staphylococcus aureus.Quantitative comparison results showed that the number of Staphylococcus aureus on Baird-Parker plate was significantly larger than the number of Staphylococcus aureus on chromogenic plate.The reason may be that the detection rate of chromogenic medium is less than that of traditional culture medium.and there was false negative in chromogenic medium.At the same time,different inoculations were compared.The experiment found that the more times of application and the smaller the amount of each inoculation,the larger the experimental results obtained.The results show that the Z value of the experimental data is closer to the median value when the inoculation amount in the national standard method is used.
