摘要
食品在生产、流通过程中,需对其质量进行安全检测,传统检测方法耗时长,对食品的生产、流通产生较大影响。快速检测技术的出现,使食品安全检测能在较短的时间内得出结果,在监管工作中得到了广泛的应用。本文阐述了食品安全监管中常用的快速检测技术,并对其应用进行分析,为食品安全监管提供参考。
In the process of food production and circulation,the quality of food needs to be tested for safety.Traditional testing methods are time-consuming and have a greater impact on food production and circulation.The emergence of rapid detection technology enables food safety testing to obtain results in a short time and has been widely applied in the supervision work.This paper describes the commonly used rapid detection technology in food safety supervision,and analyzes its application,providing reference for food safety supervision.
