高职院校学生膳食结构分析及对策

摘要 大学生正处于青春期向成熟期转变的阶段,对食物摄入的数量和质量要求较高,全面而平衡的营养素摄入和合理的膳食结构对大学生的身体健康尤为重要,同时对大学生的学业乃至未来的职业发展提供了良好的促进作用。本文立足于职业院校大学生健康及膳食营养现状调查分析研究,提出了高职院校在校大学生营养知识普及教育、日常膳食、增加体育运动等的建议。 College students are in the stage of transition from adolescence to maturity,and they have higher requirements for the quantity and quality of food intake.Comprehensive and balanced nutrient intake and reasonable dietary structure are particularly important for college students’physical health,and at the same time provide a good promotion for college students’academic and future career development.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of health and dietary nutrition of college students in vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the popularization of nutritional knowledge,daily diet,and increasing physical activity of college students in vocational colleges.
