摘要
电动汽车用永磁同步电动机在设计时不仅需要计算额定工况的性能,还应对每个转速点都进行性能计算,从而得到电机的效率图谱。为了满足车用永磁同步电动机高效率区的要求,先通过分段式变系数正交分解法研究了铁耗的变化规律,然后通过调整永磁体尺寸来实现电机效率的优化。
Design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicles require not only performance calculation under rated point,but also performance calculation under every speed,to get the motor’s efficiency map.The variation law of iron loss is studied by means of the piecewise orthogonal decomposition method at first,and then,the motor’s efficiency is optimized by adjusting the dimension of permanent magnets,to meet with the requirement that the permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicles requires a wide range of high-efficiency zone.
