摘要
针对单相异步电机运行过程中振动异音问题,开展了振动和频谱分析,建立了电机振动和频谱与振动异音故障之间的对应关系,提出了优化电机轴与轴承间的配合和调整电磁设计或电容值以优化磁场椭圆度的建议。
Against the problem of vibration noise during operation of the single-phase asynchronous motor,vibration spectrum analysis is performed while corresponding relationship between motor vibration spectrum and vibration noise is established,thus,optimization of fit between the motor shaft&bearing and regulation on electromagnetic design or capacitor value are suggested,to optimize the field’s ovality.
