某南非磷尾矿加工工艺流程优化改造实践

Optimization and Modification Practice of Process Flowsheet of a Certain South African Phosphate Tailing

通过前期试验研究,司家营铁矿决定利用原生矿流程的部分流程加工南非矿,但在实践中难以取得理想的技经指标。针对出现的问题,逐项做出优化改造,改造后日均精矿品位提高0.4%,日增产249.94t,整个南非矿加工周期取得了2000万效益。

Through preliminary experimental research,Sijiaying Iron Ore decides to use part of the original ore process flowsheet to treat South African ore,but it is difficult to obtain ideal technical and economic indicators in practice.In response to the problems that have occurred,optimization improvements are carried out one by one.After the transformation,the average daily concentrate grade increases 0.4%,and the daily output increase 249.94 tons.The entire South African ore processing cycle achieves 20 million benefits.
