摘要 为了提高各种尾矿资源综合高效回收,减少尾矿大量堆存带来的诸多问题,在研究物料筛分分级技术和设备基础上,研发了新型NX250多锥体旋流器。NX250多锥体旋流器既能有效提高分离精度和浓缩速度,又能提升旋流器的工作稳定性,也可以用于尾矿干排工艺,替换原有压滤机全尾脱水工艺,从而为矿山企业节能减排提供了一种可供选择的有效途径,推动尾矿产品回收利用工艺技术的发展。 In order to improve the comprehensive and efficient recovery of various tailings and reduce the problems caused by large amount of tailings deposits,by doing research on material screening&classification technology and equipment,the new type NX250 multi-cone cyclone is developed.In this paper,general idea,working principle and structure characteristics of the cyclone is introduced,the main parameters are emphatically calculated and analyzed,and industrial tests and benefit analysis are conducted.The research results show that the new type NX250 multi-cone cyclone can not only effectively improve separation accuracy and concentration speed,but also improve working stability of the cyclone,and also be used in the tailings dry discarding process to replace the original full-tail dehydration process of filter press.Thus,it provides an effective method for mining enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions,and promotes the development of recycling and utilization technology of tailings products.
