影像诊断急性颅脑损伤中的CT、MRI诊断价值研究

The value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury

目的:探讨急性颅脑损伤患者在影像学检查中得措施,确定CT检查与MRI检查的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2018年03月至2019年03月收治的急性颅脑损伤患者48例,分别进行CT检查与MRI检查,对比两种影像学检查措施下,诊断结果的准确率。结果:MRI检查在诊断结果准确率上为95.83%,CT检查在诊断结果准确率上为83.33%,数据对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:临床上以影像学检查措施对急性颅脑损伤患者进行诊断,MRI检查在诊断结果准确率上更高,临床诊断价值更高,更适用于急性颅脑损伤患者的临床诊断。

Objective To explore the methods of imaging examination in patients with acute craniocerebral injury,and to determine the diagnostic value of CT and MRI.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,48 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were selected and examined by CT and MRI respectively.The accuracy of diagnosis results was compared under the two imaging examination measures.Results The accuracy of MRI and CT was 95.83%and 83.33% respectively.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI is more accurate and valuable in the diagnosis of acute brain injury.It is more suitable for the clinical diagnosis of acute brain injury.
