阴道超声联合腹部B超对宫外孕的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy

目的:分析阴道超声联合腹部B超对宫外孕的诊断价值。方法:选择本院收治的宫外孕患者68例,收治时间2018年3月至2019年3月,将全部患者分为对照组与观察组(各34例),对照组患者实施阴道超声检查,观察组患者实施阴道超声联合腹部B超检查。对比两组患者宫外孕检查率;对比两组患者诊断情况。结果:观察组患者宫外孕确诊率为97.06%,对照组患者宫外孕确诊率为82.35%,观察组患者宫外孕确诊率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者疾病检出率及包块检出率均高于对照组患者,误诊率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:阴道超声联合腹部B超对宫外孕的诊断价值更为显著,利于提高宫外孕确诊率,降低误诊率。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal B ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 60 ectopic pregnant patients admitted in our hospital were selected from March 2018 to March 2019.All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group(34 cases each).The control group patients underwent vaginal ultrasound examination and the observation group Patients underwent vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound.The rates of ectopic pregnancy examination were compared between the two groups;the diagnosis of the two groups was compared.Results The diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy in the observation group was 97.06%,and the diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy in the control group was 82.35%.The diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the disease detection rate and mass in the observation group were The detection rate was higher than that of the control group,and the misdiagnosis rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal B-ultrasound on ectopic pregnancy is more significant,which is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate of ectopic pregnancy and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
