急性心梗患者心室重构患者血清miR-125b表达与心脏超声指标的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of serum mir-125b expression in patients with ventricular remodeling in acute myocardial infarction and cardiac ultrasound indicators

目的:研究急性心梗患者心室重构患者血清miR-125b表达与心脏超声指标的相关性。方法:选取我院2015年1月-2017年1月确诊的急性心肌梗死患者70例。根据随访结果分为两组:观察组心梗后发生心室重构的患者,对照组为心梗后未发生心室重构的患者。对比两组患者的一般资料、心脏超声指标、miR-125b相对表达量。分析miR-125b相对表达量与心室重构的相关性。结果:观察组患者miR-125b相对表达量为(1.394±0.494),对照组患者患者miR-125b相对表达量为(0.974±0.423),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。以LVEDV为因变量,miR-125b为自变量,回归显示LVEDV与miR-125b程正相关(r=0.893,P<0.05)。结论:miR-125b表达量在心梗后心室重构组患者明显高于非心室重构组的患者,miR-125b表达量与心室重构指标呈正相关性。

Objective To study the correlation between the expression of serum miR-125b and echocardiography in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 70 patients with AMI diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected.According to the follow-up results,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group.The general data,echocardiographic indexes and the relative expression of miR-125b were compared between the two groups.The correlation between the relative expression of miR-125b and ventricular remodeling was analyzed.Results The relative expression of miR-125b was(1.394±0.494)in the observation group and(0.974±0.423)in the control group,which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).With LVEDV as the dependent variable and miR-125b as the independent variable,regression showed that LVEDV was positively correlated with miR-125b(r=0.893,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-125b was significantly higher in patients with myocardial infarction than in patients without myocardial infarction.
