超深碳酸盐岩油井复合防砂技术及其应用 被引量:5

摘要 英买XX区块奥陶系油藏属于碳酸盐岩油藏,主要采用裸眼完井,生产过程中,井壁垮塌及地层出砂导致电泵/抽油泵频繁卡泵和磨损,检泵周期短,影响正常生产。前期采用泵挂筛管进行防砂,防砂效果差。针对该区块井壁垮塌、砂样非均质性严重、细粉砂及泥质含量高的出砂特点,首次提出超深碳酸盐岩油井复合防砂技术对策,利用树脂砂再造人工井壁防止地层垮塌,同时井筒悬挂两级防砂筛管,形成二次挡砂屏障。结合井况条件及砂样特点,优选金属环切缝防砂筛管、绕丝动态自洁防砂筛管、液压可取式封隔器等防砂工具,并且确定出合理的施工参数和防砂参数。该技术在英买XX区块探索性应用3口井,施工成功率100%,增产效果明显,防砂效果较好,起到增产-防砂双重效果,为该类油藏防砂提供了借鉴作用。 The Ordovician Yingmai-XX Block is a carbonate oil reservoir in NW China,in which open-hole completion is the main method.In the production process,wall-rock collapse and sand gush often stuck and worn the pump or driller,and in addition,the pump inspection is short,which often hampered the normal jobs.At present,pump-borne perforated screen is used for sand control.However,the result of sand control is not satisfactory.Considering the problems of wall-rock collapse,serious sand heterogeneity and high silt and clay contents in this area,a composite sand-control technology was developed for the ultra-deep carbonate drilling operation.Resin sands were used to reinforce the shaft and prevent from further collapse.Meanwhile,a double-layered sand-control screen was installed.Considering the real situation,metal grooved perforated sand-control tubes,dynamic self-cleaning screens,and SHR-HP packer were employed,with which proper operational parameters were determined and applied in three pioneer wells in the Yingmai-XX Block,and achieved 100%of success and obvious enhancement inboth sand-control and oil-production.The new technology provides a reference to similar cases of reservoir sand control.
